Shipping & Returns

We will gladly accept your return for a refund or store credit within 14 business days.

Blossoms Boutique Return Policy:

  1. Return within 14 business days upon receipt of your order.
  2. Merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and in unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
  3. Please fill out and include the "Return Form" enclosed with your original purchase along with your return item(s).

The following are Non-Returnable:

 Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, undergarments/lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits. No Exceptions.

 

Shipping:

 Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return purchase to Blossoms Boutique and for re-shipping for store credit.

 Please make sure to track your order.  Blossoms Boutique is not responsible for any undelivered, lost or stolen packages.

Return Processing time:

 Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
